Shimla, May 11 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today announced that the state government would launch the second phase of the Anti-Chitta awareness campaign from June 1 to August 20, across all government schools and colleges in the state.
Presiding over a meeting of the Narcotics Coordination (NCORD) committee here, the Chief Minister said administrative and police officers would visit at least 10 educational institutions each in their respective areas to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of drug abuse.
