Shimla, July 30 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced that block-level Jan Samvad programmes under the state government's flagship 'Apna Parivar Sukhi Parivar Yojana' will be organised across the state from August 6 to 8 to directly engage with identified poorest of poor families and strengthen the delivery of welfare schemes.
Chairing a review meeting of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Sukhu said the programmes would be held at the block level under the chairmanship of the respective MLAs. Clusters comprising up to 10 Gram Panchayats would be formed for the purpose.
