Shimla, Feb. 23 -- Himachal Pradesh Government has directed serving teachers to obtain prior departmental permission before seeking admission to B.Ed courses, reiterating that no ex-post facto approval would be granted under any circumstances.
In an official communication issued by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Sirmaur at Nahan, all Block Project Officers-cum-Principals and heads of government senior secondary, high, and middle schools in the district have been instructed to forward applications of eligible C&V category teachers for the academic session 2026-27 by March 25, 2026. Applications received after the stipulated deadline would not be entertained.
