Shimla, July 16 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Thursday reiterated the state government's commitment to balanced and inclusive development, saying there was no shortage of funds for development works and that health and education remained the top priorities.

The Chief Minister made the remarks while interacting with a delegation from the Doon Assembly constituency in Solan district, led by MLA Ram Kumar, which called on him here and apprised him of various developmental demands of the area.

Sukhu said the government was undertaking transformative reforms to modernise the health and education sectors to ensure quality public services across the state.
