Shimla, Aug. 20 -- BJP former state president and MP Suresh Kashyap on Thursday accused Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu of neglecting the state's financial crisis and stalled development, urging him to focus on controlling debt and expenditure instead of questioning the role of BJP MPs. Talking to mediapersons on the sidelines of an establishment day programme at the Central Potato Research Institute (CPRI) headquarters here, Kashyap said BJP MPs did not require any certificate from the Chief Minister regarding their constitutional and political responsibilities.
