Shimla, April 23 -- Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has directed the Public Works Department (PWD) to complete the tarring work of utility ducts up to Shimla Club by May 10 and up to the Lift area by June 15 this year, in a bid to ease movement of commuters.
The Chief Minister issued the directions while presiding over a review meeting of the PWD held here on Thursday, where he took stock of the ongoing construction of utility ducts being developed in Shimla.
