Shimla, Sept. 3 -- The ten-day Monsoon Session of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly concluded on Thursday with Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania adjourning the House sine die.
He said that the session recorded 91 per cent productivity, which he described as among the highest in the country.
Pathania said the House conducted business for 45 hours and 30 minutes during the session.
"The productivity achieved during the session was commendable and among the best recorded by any legislature in the country," he said. The government provided replies to 786 questions during the session, including 514 starred and 272 unstarred questions, he said, adding that the discussions were held on 14 matters under Rule 62, five under Rule 101, two under Rule 130 ...
