Shimla, Sept. 4 -- Shimla Police have arrested 10 persons, including four in a single case, and seized a total of 53.77 grams of heroin/chitta besides four bottles of Codeine Phosphate and Triprolidine Hydrochloride syrup in five separate cases registered across the district, police said on Friday.
The cases were registered on September 3 as part of the ongoing campaign against drug trafficking and illegal trade in narcotic substances. The arrests were made in separate operations by police teams in Theog, Shoghi, Chopal, Nerwa and the Rohru area.
