Kangra, Sept. 7 -- HRTC vice-chairman Ajay Verma flagged off a new electric bus service at Jhirballa in Himachal Pradesh today in the presence of officials and local residents, providing direct connectivity to Tanda for people from several surrounding panchayats.
Interacting with villagers, Verma heard their concerns and assured them that transport-related issues would be resolved on priority. He said the state government was committed to providing better, convenient and environment-friendly public transport, and the introduction of the electric bus was part of this initiative.
