HFT to host 9th Liver Conference in Agartala on June 27

Agartala, June 26 -- The Hepatitis Foundation of Tripura (HFT) has set to host the ninth two-day Liver Conference from June 27 at the Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) auditorium with 250 experts from across the country.

The eminent hepatologist and former Director of PGIMER Chandigarh, Padma Shri Dr Y K Chawla, will inaugurate the conference in the presence of Tripura Health Secretary Kiran Gitte.

The two-day session will feature 13 academic sessions, where approximately 25 leading liver specialists from premier medical colleges and hospitals across the country will discuss the diagnosis and management of 35 complex liver diseases, HFT release said here on Thursday.
