Ranchi, May 26 -- Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday reviewed the performance of the School Education and Literacy Department and directed officials to ensure the timely delivery of educational schemes and accelerate teacher recruitment across the state.
Chairing a review meeting at the Jharkhand Ministry, Soren said improving access to quality education in rural and remote areas remained a priority and stressed that all vacant teaching posts should be filled at the earliest. He also directed officials to ensure timely salary payments to newly appointed teachers.
