Parwinder SandhuNew Delhi, Feb. 21 -- Days after the Indian army foiled an infiltration bid and recovered sizeable ammunition stores, in the Sundarbani sector along the LoC as part of Op Jwala, Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, Northern Command's Army Commander on Saturday visited the area.
The Indian Army's White Knight Corps (XVI Corps) stated that the Army Commander's visit follows the successful culmination of Op Jwala, which foiled an infiltration bid and resulted in the recovery of weapons and munition.
"The Army Commander commended the troops for their swift and precise action. He also lauded their professionalism, commitment and steadfast resolve towards ensuring a terror-free Jammu Kashmir," the post on X read.
