Panchkula, July 22 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast another spell of active monsoon conditions across north India, with Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Rajasthan expected to receive widespread rainfall over the coming days.
The weather office has also predicted thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds across several parts of the region.
According to the IMD, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi are likely to witness fairly widespread to widespread rainfall on July 22 and 23, followed by isolated to scattered rainfall from July 24 to 27.
