Panchkula, Aug. 12 -- Northwest India is set for another prolonged monsoon spell.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts heavy rainfall at isolated places over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab from August 14 to 17.
Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand will face heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places on August 14.
According to the All India Weather Summary and Forecast Bulletin issued by the National Weather Forecasting Centre at 8.42 am on Wednesday, fairly widespread to widespread rainfall is likely over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh and Uttarakhand from August 12 to 17.
