Thiruvananthapuram, March 7 -- The Kerala High Court has overturned the dismissal of Babilu Sankar, senior assistant manager at the Lord Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple, directing the temple administration to reinstate him immediately.
Justice N. Naresh noted that Sankar's removal from service violated the principles of natural justice and was carried out without conducting a proper and fair investigation.
Babilu Sankar had lodged a complaint in 2023 pointing out irregularities in the temple's operations. Following his complaint, the temple management initiated disciplinary proceedings against him, accusing him of making baseless allegations against the administrative committee.
