Prayagraj, April 17 -- The Allahabad High Court has given a week's time to Uttar Pradesh to file its reply on the issue related to a case of non-vegetarian Iftar party on a boat in the Ganga in Varanasi last month.
The direction came during bail pleas of three accused, Danish Saifi, Aamir Kaifi and Nurul Islam on Friday.
The hearing took place in the single bench of Justice Jitendra Kumar Sinha. Earlier, the state government''s counsel sought a week's time to file a reply.
