Panchkula, July 3 -- Haryana has emerged as the top-performing state in the country in implementing India's three new criminal laws, securing 95.21 marks out of 100 in the national assessment.
The achievement marks a significant shift towards technology-driven policing, scientific investigation and time-bound justice, positioning Haryana as a model for the nationwide rollout of the new criminal justice framework.
