Panchkula, Sept. 1 -- Haryana has seen a significant change in its government schools over the last 11 years, with fewer primary, middle, and high schools operating from 2014 to 2025, while the number of senior secondary schools grew by 634, according to district-wise data presented in the state Assembly.
The figures were provided by School Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda in response to Unstarred Question raised by Pooja (Mullana).
The government statement provides the district-wise numbers of government primary, middle, high, and senior secondary schools functioning in the state in 2014 and 2025.
