Panchkula, Oct. 10 -- Haryana's first Tourist Police Post has been set up in Panchkula to help devotees and tourists. Visitors from other countries and states will not face language problems, as police personnel can communicate in different languages using tablet-based software.

The post will function 24 hours a day, even after Navratri, Police Commissioner Pankaj Nain said on Saturday.

Panchkula Police have completed extensive preparations to ensure the safety and smooth traffic flow for lakhs of devotees expected during the Shardiya Navratri fair, which will be held from October 11 to 20.
