Panchkula, July 31 -- Taking a step toward empowering women and fostering gender-inclusive mobility, the Haryana Government has unveiled a special motor vehicle tax rebate for women who register new non-transport vehicles in their own names.
The Transport Department has issued a notification amending the Haryana Government's Motor Vehicle Tax notification dated September 29, 2017.
The amendment has been made under the provisions of the Haryana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 2016.
