Chandigarh, July 29 -- In a significant move to cement Haryana's position as a leading manufacturing destination, the state government has cleared a proposal for a Rs 304.10-crore, plug-and-play industrial park at IMT Ambala under the Centre's ambitious Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana (BHAVYA).
The proposal was approved by the State-Level Committee (SLC) headed by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi and will now be sent to the Government of India for final approval.
