Panchkula, Aug. 27 -- Haryana Police have made a major breakthrough in the Talwandi Rukka murder case, arresting a key accused in the killing of an elderly man who was allegedly attacked with sharp-edged weapons while sleeping outside his house, besides taking into custody two persons accused of sheltering the suspects after the crime.
Hisar Superintendent of Police Siddhant Jain, IPS, said police were taking sustained action in the case registered in the Azad Nagar Police Station area and were investigating every aspect of the killing.
