Panchkula, June 21 -- Haryana Police have issued challans to 28,346 vehicles in Hisar district over the past three months using the VOC App, as part of an intensified crackdown on traffic rule violations, a police spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said the action was being carried out with the objective of strengthening road safety and traffic management across the district. Vehicles found violating traffic norms are being identified through the VOC -- Voice of Customer-- App and challaned accordingly, the spokesperson added.
