Panchkula, Sept. 4 -- Haryana Police deployed traffic personnel at major junctions and waterlogging-prone stretches across Gurugram on Friday as rainfall affected the city, with teams regulating vehicular movement and monitoring congestion to prevent traffic disruption.
A Haryana Police spokesperson said officers and personnel of the Gurugram Traffic Police remained deployed at major intersections, traffic junctions and other sensitive locations during the rainfall to ensure safe and smooth movement of vehicles.
Special monitoring was carried out on NH-48, Sohna Road, Golf Course Road, M.G. Road, IFFCO Chowk, Shankar Chowk, Mata Mandir Road, Old Delhi-Gurugram Road and Sector 4/7 Chowk, besides other major roads and locations vulnerable t...
