Panchkula, July 29 -- In a significant road safety achievement, Haryana Police reduced accident-prone "black spots" in Gurugram from 32 to 22, marking a major step toward making one of the country's busiest urban road networks safer for commuters.
A Haryana Police spokesperson said the reduction was achieved through sustained efforts by Gurugram Traffic Police to identify, analyse, and rectify hazardous locations, especially along National Highways, using scientific assessment, engineering interventions, and continuous coordination with concerned departments.
