Panchkula, June 12 -- In a major crackdown on illegal vehicle modifications and noise pollution, Haryana Police have seized and destroyed 23 modified silencers fitted on Bullet motorcycles in Gurugram's Sohna area, sending a strong message to motorists violating traffic regulations and creating public nuisance through deafening exhaust sounds.
Giving this information here on Friday, a spokesperson of the Haryana Police Headquarters said that the action was carried out by teams of City Sohna Police Station under the supervision of SHO Inspector Ravinder as part of an ongoing campaign against unauthorized vehicle modifications.
