Panchkula, June 18 -- Haryana Police on Thursday reported major breakthroughs in three separate cases, including the fatal Surajkund Mela ride collapse, a Rs 43.12 lakh cyber fraud linked to Telegram tasks and cryptocurrency trading, and an alleged attempt to slaughter a cow, with multiple arrests made during the ongoing investigations.

In the latest development in the Surajkund Mela ride collapse case, police have arrested Rais Ahmad, the person alleged to have assembled the "Tsunami" amusement ride structure that collapsed during the Surajkund International Crafts Mela on February 7.
