Panchkula, Aug. 14 -- The Haryana Finance Department has ordered quarterly verification and reconciliation of funds deposited in bank accounts by state government corporations, companies, boards, cooperative institutions, and autonomous bodies, with the Managing Directors, Chief Administrators, or Chief Executive Officers required to certify the exercise.
The Finance Department directed all concerned entities to fill in and sign a prescribed proforma certifying the verification and reconciliation of funds deposited with banks. The completed certification is to be submitted quarterly to the Director of the concerned entity, as nominated by the Finance Department.
