Panchkujla, June 7 -- The Haryana government has notified several left-out pockets along the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) expressway in Jhajjar district as Controlled Areas, a move aimed at bringing strategically located land parcels under the state's planned development framework.
The notification, issued by the Town and Country Planning Department and published in the Extraordinary Gazette , has been made under Section 4(1) of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963.
According to the notification, the newly declared controlled areas comprise eight pockets, identified as Pockets A to H, located in Kheri Jat, Badli and Pelpa villages of Jhajjar district. The government stated that t...
