Panchkula, Aug. 26 -- The Haryana Government has announced the Integrated Final Development Plan 2041 AD for Palwal, Prithla, and nearby controlled areas, allowing for planned growth of these areas with an expected population of 10,56,645 by 2041 and setting aside nearly 8,856 hectares for homes, industry, business, transport, and other uses.
The notification was issued by Haryana's Town and Country Planning Department and Urban Local Bodies Department on August 24, 2026, under the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 and the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973.
