Chandigarh, April 17 -- The Haryana Revenue Department has launched a dedicated Citizen Helpdesk to ensure time-bound resolution of grievances related to property registration and revenue services.

Following directives from Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the initiative mandates that all complaints, ranging from technical glitches in online systems to allegations of corruption or harassment, must be resolved within a strict 48-hour window.

Dr Sumita Mishra, Financial Commissioner (Revenue), stated that the single-window platform aims to eliminate procedural delays and enhance transparency in public service delivery.
