Panchkula, June 22 -- The Haryana government has exempted small dealers engaged in the sale of certain organic manure products from the requirement of obtaining registration certificates under the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic, or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, in a move aimed at facilitating easier availability and marketing of organic inputs in the state.
According to a notification issued by the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, dealers marketing Fermented Organic Manure (FOM), Liquid Fermented Organic Manure (LFOM), and Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (PROM) in small packs weighing up to five kilograms (net) will no longer be required to obtain a certificate of registration.
