Panchkula, June 26 -- In a significant administrative reform aimed at reducing delays and streamlining Leave Travel Concession (LTC) claims, the Haryana Government has delegated powers to all Heads of Departments (HoDs) to correct the LTC Block Year of employees directly through the e-Billing system.
The decision comes in the wake of a large number of requests being received by the Directorate General of Treasuries and Accounts from Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs), particularly from the Education Department, seeking correction or change in the LTC Block Year.
