Panchkula, June 3 -- The Haryana government has constituted a Hospital-Based Authorization Committee for Artemis Hospital, Gurugram, to oversee and regulate organ and tissue transplantation cases in accordance with the provisions of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 and the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014.
A notification issued by the Health Department stated that the committee has been constituted by the Governor of Haryana in supersession of an earlier notification dated January 2, 2023.
