Chandigarh, July 3 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini reviewed the progress of the state's Paperless Registration 2.0 and Auto Mutation systems and directed officials to ensure that all pending mutation (Intkal) cases across the state are disposed of within "one month".

Stressing accountability, he warned that any officer or revenue official found deliberately delaying registrations or raising unnecessary objections would be held responsible.
