Chandigarh, July 22 -- In a significant move to ensure uniform implementation of its revised increment policy, the Haryana Finance Department has issued detailed clarifications on the grant of additional increments to clerks, addressing practical issues raised by various departments and the Clerical Association Welfare Society (Haryana).
The clarifications aim to remove ambiguity relating to pay fixation, promotions, annual increments and other service benefits.
According to the Finance Department's clarification, Senior Clerks (pre-2020 batch) will continue to be entitled to three additional increments, while Clerks of the 2020 batch will receive two additional increments in their existing pay level/ACP level.
Their pay will be re-fixed...
