Haryana asks teachers to update spouse employment details for transfer benefits by August 2

Panchkula, July 28 -- The Haryana School Education Department has directed teachers seeking merit points under the Couple Case category of the Teachers Transfer Policy, 2026 to update their spouse's employment details on the MIS Portal by 5 pm on August 2.

The Directorate of School Education has issued detailed instructions to the Director of SCERT, Principals of DIET/BIET/GETTI, District Education Officers and District Elementary Education Officers across the state to facilitate the process. According to the official communication, the Teachers Transfer Policy, 2026, notified by the state government on June 25, provides merit points to eligible teachers under the Couple Case category.
