Panchkula, Aug. 14 -- The Haryana Government has amended the Haryana Building Code, 2017, allowing only one dwelling unit per floor, up to a maximum of four units per plot, subject to compliance with the applicable zoning plan or architectural control sheets and conditions set by the competent authority.
