Kaithal, May 27 -- A team of The District Police have arrested two minor boys in connection of an attempted robbery in the Cheeka area.
The duo was identified as 17-year-old resident of village Sair and a 16-year-old minor resident of Baba Basti Cheeka.
A police spokesperson said that according to a complaint by Nawab Ali, a resident of village Jhandi, Patiala, Punjab, he and his friend Harvinder Singh were returning to their village from Kurukshetra. Around 12:15 a.m., as they turned onto Patiala Road from Cheeka Chowk, seven or eight youths in a black SUV overtook their vehicle and attempted to stop them.
