Panchkula, June 28 -- Passengers using the Panchkula Bus Stand have raised concerns over the availability of basic amenities, alleging that inadequate facilities have caused inconvenience to commuters during the ongoing summer heat.
According to passengers, several waiting areas at the bus stand either do not have ceiling fans or have fans that are not functioning effectively. They claimed that only a few fans are providing relief, forcing many commuters to wait in uncomfortable conditions while awaiting buses.
