Kaithal, April 6 -- Cracking down on drug-traffickers under the drug-free district campaign, the Anti-Narcotics Cell of the district police has arrested a man with 421 grams of charas here.
Police spokesperson said that the team of ASI Rajesh Kumar led by Anti Narcotic Cell in-charge SI Pradeep Kumar was patrolling in the police station city Kaithal. When they received secret information that Saurabh alias Happy, resident of Arjun Nagar, was involved in illegal business of selling hashish and he can be controlled with drugs from Patti Afghan area.
