Dabwali, Oct. 25 -- Police have arrested a man for allegedly kidnapping and raping a minor girl in the Kalanwali area of Haryana's Dabwali police district, officials said on Sunday.
The arrest followed a complaint lodged by the girl's family on October 21, alleging that an unidentified person had abducted her.
According to a police spokesperson, a case was initially registered under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and a special team, headed by woman Sub-Inspector Sushil Bala, was constituted to trace the missing girl.
