Kaithal, Nov. 2 -- Acting on directions of SP Manpreet Singh Sudan, the Kaithal district police has seized 7.57 grams of heroin (chitta) and arrested a man in this connection.
The arrested accused has been identified as Sumit, a resident of Rajound.
A police spokesperson stated that on October 17, a team, led by ASI Narendra of CIA Kalayat, raided Roheda Majra Road near Kithana Mod and arrested Mukesh alias Honey, a resident of Rajound, and 7.57 grams of heroin (Chitta) was recovered from his possession.
A case was registered against the accused at Rajound Police Station and further investigation was conducted by PSI Saurabh.
