Panchkula, Sept. 14 -- The Panchkula administration on Monday carried out a major demolition drive against an illegal colony being constructed over about one acre of land in village Tapriyan, tehsil Raipur Rani, demolishing its road network with a JCB machine.
The action was carried out under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Satpal Sharma and under the supervision of District Town Planner Babita Gupta. The demolition was conducted in the presence of Duty Magistrate Ashok Kumar, Assistant Town Planners, Junior Engineer Vikas and police personnel.
