Bengaluru, July 13 -- Karnataka Congress President BK Hariprasad on Monday launched a sharp attack on the Narendra Modi-led Central Government over the alleged NEET paper leak and examination irregularities, backing environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk's fast-unto-death and accusing the Centre of remaining "silent and negligent" despite growing concern among students.
