New Delhi, April 12 -- Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested a 27-year-old gym trainer from Jaipur and recovered two stolen luxury vehicles, an officer said on Sunday.
The accused, Mohd. Ashraf Khan, a graduate and resident of Jaipur, was apprehended following a targeted interstate operation.
Police recovered a Hyundai Creta and a Mahindra Scorpio-N, both allegedly stolen from Delhi's Mukherjee Nagar area in separate cases registered last year.
According to the investigators, the breakthrough came after a tip-off received on April 6 regarding the presence of a stolen luxury car in Jaipur.
Acting swiftly, a team conducted a raid in the Jhotwara area of Jaipur on April 7, with assistance from local police, leading to Khan's arrest.
