Itanagar, April 13 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik participated in the Youth Interaction programme 'Let's Speak Arunachal' held at Lok Bhavan on Monday, emphasising the importance of communication skills in shaping responsible citizens.
Organised by the NGO Let's Speak Arunachal in collaboration with the Governor's Secretariat, the programme aimed to encourage students overcome hesitation and express themselves with clarity and confidence.
