Gurugram, Oct. 29 -- Gurugram Police, acting on their own after noticing a woman's post on social media platform X, registered an FIR and arrested an Uber driver accused of demanding extra money from her and threatening to kill her.
The accused was identified with the help of technical assistance and arrested within a few hours of the FIR being registered.
During social media monitoring, the police came across the post in which the woman alleged that the driver of her Uber ride demanded more money than the bill amount. When she refused, he allegedly misbehaved with her and threatened her with death.
