Gurugram, Oct. 5 -- Gurugram Police has launched a major crackdown on the illegal transportation and dumping of garbage and plastic waste allegedly being brought from Delhi into Gurugram, arresting 10 persons and registering four cases in the operation.
Acting on the directions of the Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, and under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (West), police teams conducted checks and naka-bandi at different locations to curb the illegal movement and dumping of waste.
The action resulted in the registration of two cases at Bajghera police station and one each at Udyog Vihar and Rajendra Park police stations.
