Damascus, Oct. 2 -- Armed groups opened fire on internal security posts and residential homes on Friday in the Mazraa area of western Suwayda province in southern Syria, state broadcaster Alikhbariah TV reported.
The broadcaster described the attackers as "outlaws" and said there were no immediate reports of casualties or details on the extent of damage.
Syria's Interior Ministry had not immediately issued a statement on the incident.
